About Us

 The Suzuki Institute of Boston offers a comprehensive  program of Suzuki Method instruction providing each  student with an individual lesson, instrumental group class  and music reading class every week. We use the materials  and teaching points from the Talent Education Institute in  Japan.

 Our programs offer:

  •   Violin, Viola and Group Class Instruction
  •   Highly trained and experienced staff
  •   Strong parent involvement
  •   High standards in a positive and supportive environment       
  •   Childrens' Music Classes using the Kodaly approach

 The Suzuki Institute of Boston is based in West Roxbury and  offers classes in many locations through partnerships with  twelve other organizations. 

​ Our main teaching location is at 1952 Centre Street, 
 West Roxbury directly above Kids R Kids and across the  street from the Library.
